Vision & Expertise
Founded by Joseph E. Alessi on May 1, 1974, Alessi and Associates began as a consulting firm specializing in Planners, Engineers, and Surveyors. Initially focused on Land Surveying and Civil Engineering, our services quickly expanded to include Real Estate Appraisals and Real Estate Brokerage over the past 30-plus years.

LAND SURVEYING EXPERIENCE
1972-1974 LAND USE ADMINISTRATOR, Fremont County, Colorado. Responsible for the Planning, Zoning, Building and Individual Sewage Disposal Systems. Reviewed Planning Commission submittals and prepared critiques of the technical information as to its adequacy and completeness as per subdivision plat with topography and lot closures sheets, preliminary and final plats were prepared with the information as required per regulations. Reviewed building and septic permit applications and preformed inspection of construction stages.
Numerous land development projects from two lot minor subdivision plats, to the major subdivision requirements. Client representations including a monumented survey along with numerous platting variations. Representation for clients before Planning Commission and County Commissions, as a total project, i.e., platting, site construction staking and construction managements, inclusive of engineering reports, drainage facility studies, water and sanitary sewer system designs.
